The Human Resources Department plans, develops and administers programs including recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, training, performance evaluation, personnel policies, equal employment opportunity, safety and employee recognition. The department facilitates negotiating planning, administers and interprets the collective bargaining agreements, and provides general management support to the County Manager.
